All our products are covered by an industry leading 'repair or replace' 1-year, 2-year, and a full 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranties are managed and administered exclusively by the customer.
The following is NOT covered and will invalidate the warranty
- Physical abuse and damage which include the CP wire. The CP wire can be easily damaged by twisting or bending which will invalidate the warranty.
- Commercial use of the cables.
- Rust - Rust will develop if you do not use the rubberised cover and is not covered under the warranty.
- Water damage - Water damage is not covered by the warranty. Water and moisture is the No.1 reason for cable failure so please keep the cables out of puddles and dry where possible.
- Domestic wear and tear
- Any tampering or customisation of the item
Please Note: Items must be in a ‘reasonable’ used or as new condition - if item shows signs of being abused we reserves the right not to refund or replace.

Within the UK and EU, we will organise for pickup and send a repaired item or replace with another fully tested item of the same type. Items from ‘The Rest of the World’ will need to be sent back to EV Cables by the customer and at their own expense. Once we receive the item back we will send a repaired item or another fully tested item of the same type.
If an item is returned, and after tests, is not determined to be faulty we cannot offer a refund or replacement. Any item returned in working order will be sent back to the owner - in circumstances such as this we reserve the right to charge a £15 processing fee plus shipping fee before the cable is released to be returned.
Please note that all cables returned to CableWorkshop UK are tested in laboratory and on-the-road conditions.
30 Day Returns
Our 30 Day returns policy means even if a product was wrongly ordered or there was simply a change of mind, we’ll refund 30 days after the original purchase date.
Items must be unopened and unused and packaging in good as new condition.
Returning shipping/freight and associated management and costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of returning items please adhere to the returns procedure
If an item is returned in a used condition we cannot offer a refund. Any item returned in used condition will be sent back to the customer - in circumstances such as this we reserve the right to charge a £15 per items being sent to the UK, £25 per item fee being sent to the EU, or £35 per item fee for returns being sent from the ‘Rest of the World’ processing fee before an item is released to be returned.
Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of the product.
